The company
Ganymede Energy are working in partnership with a global energy company to provide a nationwide heating installation workforce.
The Role
Working for Ganymede Energy you will be installing new central heating systems within domestic properties.
You will be working within an hour of your local geographical region, although from time to time flexibility will be required to meet the business needs if deemed safe and practicable.
You will be carrying out a mixture of boiler swaps, conversions and full central heating installs for private homeowners and Eco schemes.
Work will be pre-planned and electronically scheduled using a touch pad system. All installs have been pre-surveyed by our in-house teams.
You will be working Monday to Friday working a 37.5 hour working week.
Overtime available from time to time over weekends.
No call out rota.
The Engineer
Minimum qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT1, CKR1, HTR1, Unvented
You must have previous experience working as a domestic gas installation engineer.
You must be safety conscious with a focus on providing excellent workmanship and customer service
You must hold a full valid driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
The Package
Basic salary equivalent of £35,000 p/a
Monday to Friday
37.5 hour working week
Overt time rate: time & half (weekend work only. Hours outside of your core working hours will be paid at your basic salary hourly rate)
£2000 performance bonus to be paid throughout the year
No callout/standby rota
Realistic OTE £40k Plus
Van, fuel card, uniform, PPE, tooling equipment, Handheld unit. Mobile phone all provided.

Interview process
Initial Technical pre-screening phone testing
Face to face Theory & technical testing session and face to face interview.
1 week induction.
