Ganymede Energy have started work with a new client in the Dual Fuel Industry!
The Company
It’s family run feel business both Directors have been in the industry many years working with various Energy Suppliers.
Currently at a workforce of 15 Engineers, they are looking to expand rapidly in the next 12 months.
They are very passionate about looking after their engineers, maintaining a work/life balance, ensuring earning potential is high and enjoying the company that they work for.
They will also be looking to develop further into future projects such as EV car charging.
The Role
You will be installing gas and electric smart meters, in line with industry standards and the SMICOP requirements.
You will be working within your local area, although from time to time flexibility will be required to meet the business needs if deemed safe and practicable.
Part of the role will involve explaining the benefits and energy efficiency savings of the smart meters to customers.
All Meter Operatives will be provided with a fully stocked van.
You will be expected to complete 3-4 dual fuel meter installations per day.
The Package
- 30,000 basic salary – £40,000 OTE (see overtime/standby/callout)
- 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday (45 hour working week – half hour for lunch)
- All PPE, Uniform, company phone (with app) Tools, Van (fully racked Peugeot Partner) provided
- Company pension scheme
- Overtime rates – £50 per Dual Fuel Meter installed – Outside of core working hours.
The Engineer
- Minimum Qualifications: CCN1/CMA1 and MET1 or Smart Meter Diploma.
- You must have a minimum of 6 months experience installing gas and electric meters
- You must be safety conscious with focus on providing excellent customer service.
- You must hold a full valid driving licence with maximum of 6 penalty points.
- You must have previous MOCOPA authorisation.
