Our client is a prestigious global energy supplier who are currently recruiting for Dual Fuel smart meter installers. They are in the process of increasing and building a field force team to deliver their smart meter program over the next 5 years.

You will be working as a Dual Fuel Meter Installer, fitting gas and electric meters, completing and maintaining documentation and online booking systems as required.

40 hours per week with shifts between 8am to 8pm

Working every 1 in 4 Saturdays


You must be an experienced Dual Fuel Installer with strong technical and customer service skills.

You are required to have ACS Certificates CCN1 or CMA1/3 and MET1 and previous MOCOPA/DNO electric authorisation.

REGT1, MET4, CMET1 or CMET2 or 3 phase electric/CT electric qualifications would be an advantage.

Must have experience working on dual fuel/smart metering contracts

Must have full UK driving licence

DBS/Criminal Records Checks

Must be able to pass a colour blindness test

Capable of lifting & manual handling

Ability to work in confined spaces


The Package

PAYE Fixed Term Contract until December 2020

Basic Salary £26,000 (additional £3,500 London Waiting inside M25)

Realistic earnings are between £33,000 to £38,000 P/A which comprise of the following:

Performance related bonus

Additional overtime available

Yearly Retention Bonus (payment spread over the fixed term)

Yearly bonus scheme 3% of basic salary

Welcome bonus of £3,000

20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays rising to 25 days after 5 years’ service
