Thanks to a promising first half of the year and an ever-increasing demand for Ganymede’s recruitment and workforce solutions across the UK, Charlotte has joined the business to help drive the continued growth of the Transportation division.
With over 10 years’ experience, Charlotte’s recruitment expertise has covered a wide range of engineering and technical disciplines, providing solutions to TOCs/FOCs, ROSCOs, Transport Consultancies, Asset Manufacturers, Asset Maintainers, Design Houses and OEMs across Rolling Stock and Rail Infrastructure.

In her new role, Charlotte will also be leaning on her passion for creating a more diverse and inclusive rail industry, supporting Ganymede’s various CSR initiatives including the Never Mind the Gap initiative alongside Women in Rail, Network Rail, LNER, Northern and TransPennine Express.
