My background in recruitment
This is my first recruitment role; previously, I worked as a CAD Draughtsman for around 7 years after leaving school. After realising that draughting wasn't something I enjoyed, I decided to explore new opportunities while figuring out my desired career path. So, I left and spent around 6 months as a train builder before taking the next step into a role I now truly enjoy.

As a recruitment specialist, I collaborate with our Client Relationship Managers to provide freelance staff to several key clients in the infrastructure market. I consistently have opportunities for roles such as Site Managers, Site Agents, Site Engineers, Senior Engineers, Project Managers, General Foremen, and more.
The best part of my job
My favourite part of what I do is creating lasting relationships in the industry and assisting individuals who may feel stuck in a role they don’t quite enjoy. I find satisfaction in helping them discover what they truly want to do and makes them happy. Introducing them to new and better opportunities is my favourite, having experienced that feeling myself in my previous job.
What I do when I'm not in the office
Mostly it consists of the emotional rollercoaster I go through being an Arsenal fan! I spend my weekends watching matches with my dad and exploring new cities or places with friends and family.
