My background in recruitment
I have worked in the Railway Industry for about 10 years. In 2014, I started working as an Operative on Track with the skills of PTS / COSS. After about 3 years, I transitioned into a Resource Coordinator's role, where I worked alongside NWR to provide Operatives for them to complete their work requests.

I can help with recruiting Operatives with specific Railway competencies - PTS / COSS / Strapping Ops / ES's. I always do my best to ensure I fulfil a client's request to the best of my ability and am happy to help wherever I can.
The best part of my job
I like to give people the opportunity to progress in the Railway industry and learn new skills. I enjoy problem-solving and building lasting relationships with clients and operatives.
What I do when I'm not in the office
When I'm not working, I enjoy trying to socialise as much as possible with friends and family.
