My background in recruitment
I embarked on my recruitment career in 2004 and have since specialised in the Rail, Civil Engineering, Energy, and Transportation sectors. My particular focus has been on Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Sustainability since 2005. I collaborate with clients across the UK in their search for both Permanent and Contract hires, covering roles such as HSQE Advisors, Ecologists, Quality Engineers, Environmental Managers, Health & Safety Managers, including positions at the Head of and Director levels within the HSQE disciplines.

As the Principal Consultant at Ganymede, I take pride in understanding clients' needs and providing consultative solutions.
I particularly enjoy the challenge of finding those 'hidden' or seemingly unattainable candidates for clients. I have a genuine passion for getting to know both clients and candidates, thoroughly understanding a client’s business, and grasping a candidate’s aspirations in their career.
The best part of my job
I experience a genuine sense of accomplishment when I find the perfect candidate for my client and match candidates with the ideal role and company. I am fortunate to work within a fantastic and supportive team that shares the same values and dedication to perfection as I do.
What I do when I'm not in the office
Outside of work, I am a wife and mother to two children. Our family shares a passion for supporting Luton Town Football Club, and we all hold season tickets!
