Permanent Commercial Gas Role 

Ganymede Energy are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join the team, working across the Portsmouth Area.

 Key Points

·        Basic Salary - £45,000 - £50,000

·        Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm

·        25 days + 8 Days BH's (33 Days Holiday)

·        No Standby/Coll-out Rota for this role

·        Fully equipped & stocked, fit for purpose vehicle.

Responsibilities will include:

  • To undertake heating engineering and plumbing duties including reactive repairs, servicing of boilers, fires and other appliances, installations and associated works.
  • Maintaining, repairing and installing commercial gas heating systems including pipes, valves, meters and gauges.
  • Monitoring, maintaining and repairing underground piping and gas storage, checking for leaks and technical issues.
  • PPM and reactive breakdowns to multiple different types of gas appliances across multiple contracts. These will include commercial, industrial and domestic boilers
  • General plumbing duties, repair works and minor installations of low temperature hot water and heating systems
  • PPM and reactive breakdowns to multiple different types of gas appliances across multiple contracts. These will include commercial, industrial and domestic boilers.
  • 70 / 30 split between Commercial / Domestic work

Required Experience:

  • CCN1, COCN1 (or CODNCO1), CIGA1
