Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the railway sector? We are currently recruiting dedicated Customer Mobility Support Assistants to join our team at Edinburgh Station over the Christmas holidays. This is your chance to develop new skills, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the seamless travel experience of thousands of passengers.

Your Role

As a Customer Mobility Support Assistant, you will be at the forefront of passenger interactions, providing information, assistance, and helping travellers during the busy Christmas period. You will play a crucial role during one of the busiest times of the year as many passengers will be returning to or visiting Edinburgh for the festive season.

This role is your gateway to a multitude of exciting career paths within the railway sector and other key areas of the business. A roster will be provided, and on average, you will work 17.5 hours a week and be part of a team covering early, mid, and late shifts. Overtime will be available at the discretion of the management team.
