Ganymede Solutions are seeking to hire a Mobile Train cleaning Team Leader to join one of the UK’s leading train operators in the North with a strong track record of investing in their staff. This is an initial 6-month contract for a Mobile Train Cleaning Team Leader with a wonderful  opportunity to be taken on permanently as the organisation continues to expand their workforce.

The role:

We are currently looking for an excellent leader to join the night Mobile Cleaning team as the Team Leader, covering West Yorkshire with your home depot based at Neville Hill, Leeds. The Night Mobile team play an essential role in ensuring a high level of service is met and as the Mobile cleaning Team Leader you will be supervising and guiding the team to achieve top quality cleanliness standards whilst on shift. This is include dividing up roles, auditing as well as support the team day to day activities. You will be required to hold a valid UK driving license for the minimum two years.

This is a 4 on 4 off roster pattern covering Saturday to Sunday from 20:00pm to 06:00am.

Pay Rate & Benefits

The pay rate for the team leader position will be at £13.56 per hour on an initial 6-month basis.

About You

If this is a role which has caught your interest, here is what you need to be considered for the Mobile Train Cleaning Team Leader position covering West Yorkshire.

You will be experienced within a vehicle/industrial or house cleaning environment. Having been in a similar team leader role in a previous position will also be welcomed. Strong leadership and good communication are vital is this role as you will be overseeing a variety of individuals to achieve set targets.

You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering a clean and safe environment for the travelling public. You required to hold valid UK driving license for a minimum 2 years to be considered for this role.

Training is provided for depot protection, site safety and cleaning solutions. Work is undertaken in a safety critical environment so you will be required to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening.
