Due to continued expansion and business requirements, on behalf of our client who operate across multi sector industries, We are recruiting for a Pre Construction Director to support the continued growth plans and lead our clients pre-construction team and bidding department.

This role would be suited to someone who is either currently operating in a Pre Construction Lead within a Tier 1 or 2 contractor within Civils/ rail infrastructure or ready to take the step in their career into a Directors post.

Experience required; 

  • Knoweldge and understanding of the rail industry and market is essential 
  • Working from an SME is preferential but happy to have Tier 1 experience too.
  • Team Management required to manage the team and process through to delivery of competetive submissions.
  • Key internal and external stakeholder experience is essential to develop relationships with our clients clients and identify and target new opportunities.
  • Experience within the pre construction capacity from cradle to grave on tenders.

 

This position has a generous base salary, car allowance, bonus and packge included and the role will be split between the NW and London as required. The main base for this position can be either office with travel to the other.
