Train Presentation Duty Manager

Salary: £37,180 per annum

Job Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Train Presentation Duty Manager to join our team in South East London. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all trains are cleaned according to the contract specifications and frequency requirements. You will work closely with depot teams, cleaning locations, and supervisors to ensure delivery standards are met and cleaning activities are executed as specified.
You will also oversee the cleaning contractors, ensuring they provide adequate staffing, training, and supervision in line with contract requirements, and play a key role in supporting investigations into accidents or incidents involving the cleaning supplier.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all cleaning staff and contractors adhere to safety standards, including RAMS, PPE, and depot protection protocols.
- Conduct regular compliance checks on safety, training, and quality measures.
- Confirm that the contractor has the appropriate staffing and supervision at all cleaning locations.
- Support in investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Ensure the contractor's staff are competent and properly trained to meet the contract’s output specifications.
Ideal Candidate
- Holds an IOSH Certificate in Safety.
- Strong English reading, writing, and numerical skills.
- Proficient in computer systems, including EMS, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Customer-focused with strong business awareness.
- Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification and a clean UK driving license are essential.
