The Company
Our client is a leading Tier 1 contractor in the UK and is renowned for delivering world-class civils and water projects. With a huge portfolio of work secured, and with AMP 8 around the corner, now is a fantastic time to join this this team who are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to join their team.

The Role
As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll be responsible for electrical works on site and will manage sub-contractors to deliver the projects such as pumping stations, dosing systems, chlorination plants, and associated civil structures. From inception to completion, you’ll oversee the project lifecycle including design, procurement, site activities, testing, commissioning, and client training.

About You
To be considered for this position you will have the following;

  • An industry-recognized electrical qualification (ONC/HNC/BEng or NVQ equivalent).
  • Experience within the water sector or similar infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of reinforced concrete and civils
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Project, and strong commercial awareness.
  • Ideally a background in chemical dosing systems (desirable but not essential).
