Now, they’re looking for a Project Manager to take charge of a high-profile highways project in Tuddenham. This is an opportunity to lead, inspire, and drive real change.

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of a major infrastructure scheme, ensuring the successful delivery of a critical section of works.

You’ll be responsible for planning, sequencing, and execution. Driving the programme forward while keeping safety, quality, and budgetary targets on track. You’ll lead daily LEAN meetings, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and make key strategic decisions that keep the project moving.

From managing multiple work packages to ensuring temporary works are in place and identifying value engineering opportunities, you’ll have full ownership. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly shape the success of a landmark project.

What We Are Looking For

We need a driven Project Manager with experience in highways or major infrastructure projects.

You’ll be a natural leader, able to manage multiple priorities while keeping a sharp focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. A deep understanding of CDM 15, NEC contracts, and programme management is essential, as is the ability to engage with stakeholders and drive performance across the board.
