The Role
This role is a shift position, covering 24 hours, working a 37 hour week. So having the ability to work days and nights is essential. You will be working in a depot environment carrying out routine and reactive maintenance on various systems on trains. Carrying out fault diagnostics and repair.
The role will also involves maintenance and modifications to the fleets mechanical and electrical systems.
About You
You will be an experience Rolling Stock Technician, with a minimum qualification of an NVQ 3 in an engineering discipline. You will be experienced in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as carrying out fault diagnostics on a variety of rolling stock systems.
This role is working shifts, covering a 24/7 basis.
