Senior Quantity Surveyor
Primarily remote with 1-2 days per week in London
£450 per day Outside IR35 Limited or PAYE Umbrella
6 month rolling contract
The Company
Our client, a Tier 1 Contractor in the UK are currently offering an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join there already well-established commercial team. You will be joining them on an existing project framework exceeding £200m. The company is one of the leading Infrastructure contractors working in the market today and have an excellent track record of delivering world class Civil Engineering projects.
The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key player within the commercial team, using your expertise and autonomy to help drive profitability for the business. Your role will involve overseeing contract administration, supporting the Senior Leadership Team, and managing commercial and cost-value reporting. Additionally, you'll handle payment applications, procure and manage subcontractors, and ensure smooth commercial operations across the board.
Key Skills and Experience:
- A strong background in Civil Engineering, ideally with experience in water projects.
- In-depth knowledge of NEC and IChemE contracts.
- Proven experience working with Tier 1 contractors.
