At Ganymede, we're big believers in investing in people. When two members of our marketing team, Ashleigh Lancaster and Samantha O’Neill, wanted to take their skills to the next level with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing, we were fully behind them.
What’s the CIM Level 6 all about?
This qualification is designed for experienced marketers who want to think more strategically and stay ahead in an ever-changing industry. Our team covered a range of advanced topics, including:
Marketing & Digital Strategy – Developing long-term, integrated strategies that align with business goals.
Managing Brands – Strengthening brand positioning and relevance in a competitive market.
Innovation in Marketing – Leveraging new ideas and tools to remain agile and future-ready.

Ashleigh Lancaster shared her experience:
“I’m thrilled to have received my final badge for the CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing. It’s been 10 years since I started studying marketing at university, and although embarking on this challenge whilst working full-time was no small task, taking a step back to refresh and strengthen my knowledge of ‘all things marketing’ has undoubtedly been worthwhile.”
Samantha O’Neill added:
“We’ve covered a variety of topics, from digital strategy to managing brands and innovation in marketing, and I’m looking forward to implementing these principles and theories to further enhance our diverse product offering within the RTC Group Plc.”

Marketing is always evolving. New platforms, new data, new expectations - it takes sharp minds and up-to-date knowledge to stay ahead. By supporting Ashleigh and Samantha through this qualification, we’ve not only helped them grow professionally, we’ve brought even more expertise and strategic thinking into the business. We’re incredibly proud of what they’ve achieved, and excited to see the impact their learning will have across our marketing efforts across the RTC Group Plc, including Ganymede, ATA Recruitment, The Derby Conference Centre and Global Staffing Solutions.
The result? Both earned merits, a huge achievement, especially while balancing full-time roles!
