About the Role
Are you an experienced ProjectManager with a background in utility diversions? This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee critical multi-utility works on a major infrastructure project. With increased workload and a programme running behind schedule, we need a skilled professional to help drive progress and ensure successful delivery of these high-value projects.
You will play a pivotal role in managing the planning, coordination, and execution of utility diversions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee project delivery, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to completion.
- Utility Diversions: Manage water and communications utilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders to optimize project efficiency.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Project Management within utility diversions (water & communications essential).
- Strong background in overseeing contractors, ensuring effective project execution.
- Experience working on major infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
- SMSTS & CSCS certification required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work within a high-paced, contractor-heavy environment.
